To make sure you get your gear as quickly as possible, your order may arrive in multiple boxes over multiple days, but you will not be charged more for shipping as a result.

Return Policy Conditions

Returned items must be in original factory fresh condition within 7 days of recieving showing no signs of wear and tear. All returns must include all original packaging, paperwork, cartons and accessories (including owner manuals and warranty card) for a complete refund. Any products not returned in factory fresh condition (e.g. weathered products, missing items, packaging, or paperwork) will be subject to a restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. within 7 days from the date of Recieving, all warranty inquiries must be made directly with the manufacturer. Rt1Music & Guitars is NOT responsible for manufacturers defects after our 7 day return period. To ensure proper credit, be sure to call for a return authorization number and proper return instructions Write the Return Authorization # on the return address label you place on the box. Please DO NOT write directly on the box. Include all original packaging, a copy of the invoice, and a note including your reason for the return.
